3.1 Products Offered

The Website offers original artworks, limited editions, and artistic products. Product descriptions, images, and information are provided with the highest accuracy, although variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences.

3.2 Prices

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) or USD ($) other currencies where applicable. Users will be informed of any taxes, fees, and shipping costs before completing the order.

3.3 Purchase Procedure

Order submission constitutes acceptance of the contract and the obligation to pay. The User will receive an order confirmation by email.

4.2 Inspection Upon Delivery

Users must inspect the package upon delivery and immediately report any damage or irregularities. Packages visibly damaged may be refused.

4.3 Failed Delivery

The Seller is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the User. If a package is returned due to non-delivery or non-collection, reshipping costs will be charged to the User.

• undamaged,
• unused,
• in original packaging,
• shipped at the User’s expense.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until the artwork has been received or proof of return has been provided.

5.4 Legal Warranty

EU Consumers enjoy a 2-year legal warranty of conformity under European law. This warranty does not apply to:

6. Limitation of Liability
